You won’t have to search for boaters to collect money from them or deal with cash payments anymore. The boater will make a payment via the app using his credit card details, and the money will arrive to your account on your chosen day (weekly/monthy/etc.).
HarbaApp allows boaters to book a berth or mooring at your marina in advance and/or pay for it using their phones once they dock. You are notified about the booking request via email and/or by SMS message. Then you either confirm it or decline with a simple click of a button. Once you do that, the boater gets confirmation and all the relevant information about your marina facilities and codes automatically.
Once you join HarbaApp, your marina will be visible on our interactive sea map for boaters from around the world allowing them to find the most relevant information about your marina quickly and in their preferred language. We will also create your marina page on our Explore Marinas section and promote it via Harba’s social media channels.
The HarbaApp allows permanent berth holders to report on their occasional trips through the app meaning that you can rent a vacant berth spot for other boaters for that particular period and earn extra money. We remind the boater to report the berthing clear, when leaving the harbour.
