Getting on the Waiting List

  • Sign people up from Harbormaster addition, customer sign-up through the app, and customer sign-up through the Sailor area.
  • User is asked for for registration fees and required information as defined by the harbor
  • Customers can be on multiple lists and even be on a list without a boat
  • Customers can update preferences directly in the app decreasing the amount of outdated information available

Issuing and confirming Offers


  • Select and send berth offers to up to 10 waiting list entries at a time
  • Customers respond and accept/reject through the app or Sailor area
  • Berth offers are set to expire within a specified time, marking customers as ‘not interested’ if they fail to respond promptly.
  • Harbormasters confirm accepted offers, managing removal from the waiting list as needed.

  • Boaters on the waitlist will pay directly from the Harba app
  • Both sign-up fee and yearly fee management
  • Customize price levels to be on the waitlist

Customize to your needs


  • Public and internal waitlist categories, i.e. internal waitlist for larger berth
  • Create and manage several types of waitlists, such as winter storage waiting lists, internal waiting list for other berth etc.
  • Customizable options selected by harbor staff, including address, zip code, boat weight, boat model, and boat insurance requirements during sign-up.

Customer Preference Questionaire


  • Harbormasters can send preference questions to selected customers, with answers submitted in a set time frame.
  • Questions include long-term berth preference, short-term berth consideration, and the option to only stay on the waiting list.
  • Preferences are saved in the customers file for transparency.
