Download the Harba app from the App Store or Google Play. It is free to download. Set up a profile and enter the dimensions and relevant information regarding your boat in the app. Next you can find ports at home or abroad on the digital chart or by using the search function. The app will help you automatically calculate the price of guest spots in the individual ports. It will also provide you with codes for the use of wifi, restrooms and other facilities. The app is here to help make life easier for your as a sailor!
Yes, you can make a payment and reservation of a guest spot without having a Harba ID sticker attached to your boat. Be sure to get one at the first port you use. Then put it on front your boat and make sure it’s visible. This way the harbour staff will be able to note your boat’s ID inside the app. However if your boat is docked with the stern facing the bridge, the docking staff also have the name of your boat and will often be able to identify your payment through the app.
Contact the harbour directly, nobody knows the harbour as well as the people who work there. If you can’t reach them we are always happy to help as best we can.
Your boat is probably too big or you have network issues. Check the dimensions available at the harbour you have selected.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your trip, the best thing to do is to call the harbourmaster in the harbour. Some harbours have different cancellation policies but often you will get your money refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation.
