Q: Who do I contact if I have any questions about the harbour?

A: Contact the harbour directly, nobody knows the harbour as well as the people who work there. If you can’t reach them we are always happy to help as best we can.

Q: Why can't I open the payment/reservation dialogue for a harbour?

A: Your boat is probably too big or you have network issues. Check the dimensions available at the harbour you have selected.

Q: What do I do if I have to cancel my trip?

A: In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your trip, the best thing to do is to call the harbourmaster in the harbour. Some harbours have different cancellation policies but often you will get your money refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation.
